Aluminum ingots undergo centralized melting, with automated control of molten aluminum transfer. Die casting processes—including mold opening, spraying, mold closing, pouring, and part removal—are all managed automatically via programmed controls. During centralized melting, nitrogen is injected to eliminate dissolved hydrogen from the aluminum melt, ensuring high-purity conditions. This process helps maintain a low-oxygen atmosphere inside the melting and annealing furnaces, ultimately reducing gas porosity in the final products.
Our company currently has die casting machines with capacities of 300T, 400T, 500T, 800T, and 1650T.
Currently, we have a total of 42 CNC lathes, including CNC inclined-bed lathes and CNC milling machines, along with 26 drilling and tapping centers as well as machining centers, plus one dual-spindle machining center.
